Welcome
The Nonprofit Consulting Group was founded in the midst of COVID-19. Considering how we might assist nonprofits in need of consulting during this difficult time and beyond, we created this organization.
Our two goals are to give back and to provide support to small and mid-size nonprofits. We share our expertise and experience with organizations that identify an issue or two that we could help address. We are pleased to offer our services on a probono basis.
We look forward to working with you to increase the impact of your organization.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Nonprofit Consulting Group (NPCG) is to increase the effectiveness of small and mid-size nonprofits in achieving their goals by sharing the expertise of experienced consultants on a probono basis.
Services
Client Criteria
- 501c3
- No political or religious organizations
- Minimum operating budget: $1.5 million
- In operation for at least two years
- Staff size: Full time ED/CEO and at least two additional paid FTEs
- Contract with Board Chair and ED/CEO
- Designated staff liaison
