Consulting Project Application - Non Profit Consulting Group

Overview

The mission of the Nonprofit Consulting Group (NPCG) is to increase the effectiveness of small nonprofits in achieving their goals by sharing the expertise of experienced consultants on a probono basis.

Consulting projects are generally competed within 3-4 months. The project scope, deliverables and timetable will be described in a Letter of Engagement and Work Plan signed by the client’s Executive Director/CEO and Board Chair.

Client organizations are:

501c (3) organizations
In operation at least 2 years
Have a paid full-time Executive Director/CEO plus at least 2 other paid FTEs
Minimum operating budget of $1.5 million
No political or religious organizations
